Shipping policy
Standard processing and shipping is 3-10 business days. we do not ship on weekends or holidays. if you need your order sooner please contact us and we will send you a invoice for a rush fee. we are not responsible for ant lost or damaged orders. we thoroughly inspect every item in every order to insure durability during shipping and handling. a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped. thereafter we are not responsible for the order any longer, you will have to contact usps regarding the order.
Return Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges. due to our products being great sensory and chew toys we can not accept the items back once shipped. if you need to change anything on or cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of that order being placed. after 24 hours we can not make any changes to your order.
